Streamit B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide us with this data yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and/or service has no intention of collecting data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data on a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@streamit.eu and we will delete this information.

Streamit B.V. does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people.

Streamit B.V. does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which your data was collected. We use the following retention periods for the following personal data:

Sharing personal data with third parties

Streamit B.V. only provides third parties if this is required for the fulfillment of our agreement with you or in order to comply with legal obligations.

Google Analytics

Streamit B.V. uses Google Analytics to keep track of visitor data through analytical, functional and tracking cookies. The data is used for analysis of visit and click behavior on the website. This enables us to optimize the operation of the website, so that we can provide each visitor with the best possible information. We also aim to analyze how effective our Google Ads advertisements are.

We have set up Google Analytics to be privacy-friendly, so that IP addresses are anonymized and data is sent over a secure SSL connection.

We have signed a processing agreement with Google. We refer to Google their privacy policy for more information about how they handle your data. We also advise you to consult the privacy policy of Google Analytics if you want to know more about how Google handles your data.

Leadinfo usage

We use the Leadinfo service to measure the business use of our website. This service shows us company names and addresses based on the IP addresses of our visitors. The IP address is not included in this.

Cookies & privacy

A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, mobile phone or tablet when you first visit our website. There are different types of cookies. Below we briefly explain which cookies we use and why we do this. You must therefore give permission for most of the cookies below when you visit our website for the first time.   • Remarketing & Advertising – Cookies ensure that previous visitors to our website are offered advertisements that match their interests based on previous search behavior. You can opt out of this in your browser or by not giving permission during the first visit to streamit.eu.
  • Interest – Cookies ensure that we can provide our website with information that is as relevant as possible for our visitors.
  • Social Media – Cookies ensure that you can share content via your social media by means of buttons. For the cookies that social media parties place and their privacy policy, we refer to the websites of these parties.

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, modify or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. If you wish to use your right to object and/or your right to data portability, or if you have other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specified request to info@streamit.eu. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of proof of your identity with the request. Please make sure your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are blackened in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. Streamit B.V. will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at least within four weeks. Streamit B.V. would like to inform you that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national data protection authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Streamit B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
